DTP Word + FrameMaker
We have been creating comprehensive instructions and manuals for over 30 years. After Ventura and Adobe PageMaker, we now use Adobe FrameMaker and MS Word. We take advantage of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to implement our design. Technical documentation can have a long life and is frequently updated, translated and distributed via multiple publication channels. Thus, data stability and consistent formatting are essential. Style sheets embedded in the templates enable cross-document and cross-file modifications to content and design.
Print preparations
We take care of the print preparations for you. We discuss the details ofcolour management, resolution and trim directly with the print shop and export the PDF file along with the required job options. We would also be happy to maintain contact with the print shop and deliver the print files there on request. So there’s one less interface for you and your team to worry about.
DTP InDesign
We design image-reliant media such as catalogues, quick guides and flyers using the frame-oriented layout software Adobe InDesign. Free-form placement, editing and combination of text, images and graphics support complex layouts and creative designs. By taking advantage of layer-based work using style sheets, global changes can be made to the text and images (including switching between various languages). The IDML exchange format and pre-flight check before printing are also important in the daily work of a graphic designer.
